All our products are exquisitely handcrafted with high-quality genuine leather materials, and we adopt standardized international shipping processes to ensure safe and intact delivery of your luxury footwear.
2.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping services to all states and territories of the United States. We are continuously optimizing our logistics network to cover more regions in the future.
2.2 Processing Time
As all our shoes are 100% handcrafted, each pair requires strict handmade polishing, stitching and quality inspection. Standard order processing time is 3-7 business days. For customized orders, the processing time will be 7-15 business days, which is subject to the actual customization requirements.
2.3 Shipping Time & Delivery
After order processing is completed and shipped out, standard shipping to the United States takes 5-12 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for selected orders, with a delivery time of 2-5 business days. All shipments will be equipped with tracking numbers, allowing you to check the delivery status in real time.
2.4 Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping for orders that meet the threshold specified on our website. For orders below the threshold, a fixed standard shipping fee will be charged according to the shipping region. Expedited shipping service requires an additional freight fee.
2.5 Shipping Notes
Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address, zip code and contact information when placing an order. We will not be responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by customers. In case of extreme weather, logistics delays or force majeure factors, we will actively track the shipment status and notify customers of the latest progress in a timely manner.
